Check in time is 4:00 PM / Check out time is 10:00 AM.

A processed payment constitutes acceptance of reservations terms not signature status for acceptance.

Term of the Lease: The lease begins at 4 pm on the “Check-in Date” and ends at 10 am on the “Check-out Date” listed on Booking Confirmation (unless previously arranged) and will be strictly enforced in order to allow time for housekeeping to clean property adequately between guests. Early check in and late check outs are subject to additional fees and only available with prior approval from manager and can not and will not be guaranteed.

Guest Restrictions & Maximum Occupancy: Registered Guest must be at least 25 years of age. Guests must be able to provide photo identification at any time before or during stay.

PARKING: One parking space per unit. Each vehicle’s Make/Model/Color must be registered with our staff and assigned parking pass must be present. Your parking pass is located in the welcome folder in your unit. 

ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE A PARKING PASS VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES. VEHICLES WITHOUT PARKING PASS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TOWED DUE TO NO PARKING PASS, ANNA MARIA ISLAND INN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN OF YOUR VEHICLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be initiated in writing by the guest through website in which they booked. Cancellation requests received prior to 60 days from arrival date will receive a refund minus one night’s rent plus tax.  Cancellation requests received inside 60 days from arrival date for cancelling the entire or portion of a reservation, refunds of deposits or full payments, no shows or early departures after check-in will result in a 100% loss of all funds remitted to Anna Maria Island Inn.

72 HOUR CANCELLATION: All cancellation requests must be initiated in writing by the guest through website in which they booked. Cancellation requests received prior to 72 hours from the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received inside 72 hours from arrival date for cancelling the entire or portion of a reservation, refunds of deposits or full payments, no shows or early departures after check-in will result in a 100% loss of all funds remitted to Anna Maria Island Inn.

Trip Insurance: Guests covered under the travel insurance may be exempt from this loss if the reason for cancellation is covered under the policy. If a non-arrival, late arrival, early departure, cancellation, or alteration results in a loss of revenue to Anna Maria Island Inn, it will be charged. The loss can be avoided if the recommended travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. In the event of an Act of God such as adverse weather, tornadoes, fire, lightning strikes, etc., the management and owners are not responsible for any refunds from monies which have been paid to Anna Maria Island Inn. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.

DISPUTES: I understand that if there are ANY disputes or dissatisfaction regarding the vacation rental property paid herein, that said dispute should be taken up directly with Anna Maria Island Inn. I agree that I will not request a chargeback or credit to my credit card in connection with any charge made pursuant to this agreement. I hereby expressly waive my rights to request any chargeback against Anna Maria Island Inn now or in the future. All complaints must be reported during the customer’s stay and not after departing the property.

HURRICANES/WEATHER/NATURE/ACTS OF GOD: In the event of an Act of God such as adverse weather, tornadoes, fire, lightning strikes, or otherwise, Anna Maria Island Inn, its affiliates and owners are not responsible for any refunds from monies which have been paid to Anna Maria Island Inn, or for providing lodging elsewhere. In the event of mandatory or voluntary evacuation, or a travel advisory, refunds are not issued. We strongly advise you to purchase the appropriate Travel/Trip Insurance to protect your investment and ensure suitable coverage from the insurance you purchase. Refunds will only be issued if the guest has purchased insurance coverage (which included the respective and required coverage for their specific claim). If a hurricane threatens the area, and a voluntary or mandatory evacuation is issued, our office will close, and all guests will be required to leave the island. Items left are not the responsibility of Anna Maria Island Inn or our owners.

PETS: Pets are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed, and approved prior to arrival. Fees are associated and charged due to the extended cleaning, deodorizing, and depreciation caused on the room and hotel. This fee is assessed for ALL animals, including emotion support animals. NO Animal is allowed in any of the resort’s Pool(s) or Spa(s), or on any of the Furniture, including beds. Upon departure, there will be an additional cleaning/damage fee if there is clear evidence that these rules were not followed. If you require an exception to this rule for your service animal, please provide your property manager with your specific request and details, and we will provide you with reasonable accommodations for this.

Dogs ONLY with 2 pets max. Weight limit of 50 lbs. max total for 1 or 2 pets. NO Dangerous Breeds, aggressive, or intimidating animals are allowed. 

Lost and Found: Anna Maria Island Inn is not be liable for any items left behind. The guest is responsible for any mailing/shipping charges.

Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while on property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
